Our Story

Ryan and Krystal Thorhaug took possession of the Blaine Lake Liquor, Hardware & Variety store in April 2014. It has been a very busy process learning the ropes of the business, renovating, restocking inventory and building a new name in a new community.

 

The Hardware Store was a TruServ location, a branch of Rona offered in small town communities, but has since been transferred over as an independent Co-op hardware store. They carry all your hardware needs plus a variety of seasonal items and everything in between including camping, fishing/bait and hunting gear.

 

The Liquor Store has a full selection of hard liquor, domestic and imported beer, as well as wine.  To ensure you are able to make one stop for all your needs, they also carry mix, sell ice and water.

 

NOT JUST PRODUCTS!  SERVICES TOO! With expanded selection of products, the new services are equally impressive!  Some of the services featured include: Lottery centre, ATM, Culligan Water, Green Leaf Meats.  Truly, there is a full variety of products and a multitude of services! More than just a store; a community hub emerges!
